Items eligible for return: Items must be in their original condition (never worn, washed, or altered) and have the original tags attached.

Please note: Return processing may take 7-14 business days from the date we receive them. We ask for your patience and understanding as additional delays may occur.

Return Policy

Email us or submit the contact form here to request a refund. Our staff will provide you with a return solution within 24 hours and we will cover the shipping costs for you to send the item back. We can only accept returns in resalable condition.

For free returns, you must mail your return within 3 days of your original delivery date. You will receive a refund back to your original form of payment.

Need an Exchange?

Missing or Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Customer Service within 7 days so we can replace or take back the incorrect item for a full refund.
